Our Approach
Our process began with a content and UX audit, examining how parents and prospective families used the old site. We mapped key user journeys — from discovering the school for the first time to booking a visit or accessing term dates — and worked closely with Dumpton’s team to define new priorities for structure, tone, and messaging.
From there, we developed a clean and modern design that balances professionalism with warmth. The layout makes use of large, expressive photography to showcase school life, supported by concise copy and intuitive navigation. We implemented clear content hierarchies, ensuring essential information such as admissions, pastoral care, and academic life are easily accessible across all devices.
